Ingredients:For 2 members
1.Pudina leaves-one bowl
2.Coriander leaves-one bowl
3.Grated coconut -1/2 bowl
4.2 pieces cinnamon,one table
spoon jeera,4 -5 laung,2-4 cardamom,1-2 green chilli(all lightly roasted)
5.1/2 onion,one piece garlic
6.1-2 Palav leaves
7.Salt,Oil,Sesseme seeds
7.Rice one cup
Preparation:
Grind all the ingredients that
were roasted, coconut, onion, garlic to form a thick paste.In the cooker, add
oil, sesseme seeds. Wait till the seeds crackle.Add palav leaves and rice.Fry
for a minute.Now add two and half cups of water and the grinded paste.Add salt
accordingly and stir.Pressure cook for 15 min(3 whistles)
