Ingredients: For 2 members
1.Palak leaves-200 grms /2 bowls
2.1/2 Onion
3.Grated coconut -1/2 bowl
4.2 pieces cinnamon, one table
spoon jeera,4 -5 laung,1-2 green chilli (all lightly roasted)
5.1/2 onion, one piece garlic
5.One cup Rice
6.Salt, Oil and sesame seeds.
Preparation:
Add coconut, half of the palak
leaves and all the roasted ingredients, onion and garlic to form a thick paste.
In a cooker add 2 table spoon oil,sesame seeds.When the seeds crackle,add rice
and fry for a minute.Now add the rest half of palak(finely chopped),2 cups of
water and salt.pressure cook for 15 minutes.
