Ingredients:For 7-10 dosas
1. Thick rice/Normal Rice-3
cups/200 gms
2.Salt
Preparation:
Soak the rice in water for 7-8
hrs.Grind it to form a thick paste.Now keep adding water until it gets to
almost of water consistency.Add salt to it and stir well.Put the paste on the
pan and since it too liquidy ,tilt the pan for it to spread evenly and thinly.
