Ingredients:For 7-10 dosas
1.2 Cups of rice.
2.1 cup of udad dal
3.1/2 cup chana dal
4.1/2 cup toor dal.
5.3 table spoon methi seeds
6.Salt
Preparation:
Soak rice and all the dals in
water for about 7-8 hrs.Grind it to form a thick paste.Keep it for 6 hrs.Add
salt and stir.Now the dough is ready for preparing dosa. Other types of dal can
be added which is optional.
