Ingredients:For 1 cup chutney
1.Coriander leaves about 3 bowls
or 200 gms
2.Green chilli 1-2
3.Tamarind Paste - 3 spoons(soak
little tamarind in water and squeeze to make a paste)
4.Jaggery according to the
sweetness you prefer.
5.Salt
Preparation:
Add Coriander leaves, Green
chilli and salt to form a thick paste.Heat the paste in a pan with one table
spoon oil.Add tamarind paste and jaggery .Stir for 2-3 min...
