Lady's finger chutni

Ingredients : For 3 people

1)10-12 lady's finger chopped medium size.
2)1/2 table spoon Methi/Fenugreek seeds
3)Oil to fry
4)Salt
5)7-8 green chilies (As per your taste)
6)one cup coriander leaves finely chopped.
7)Tamarind paste 2 spoons or tamarind soaked in water.
8)Mustard seeds and dry red chilies for tadka/seasoning
8)one cup finely chopped onions for seasoning.

Preparation:

1.Heat the pan and add 2 table spoons of oil.
2.Add Fenugreek seeds and fry until it's brown.
3.Add Lady's finger and fry for 5 min.
4.To this mixture add whole green chilies and coriander leaves and fry for 2 -3 min.
5.Remove the mixture and grind it by adding salt.
5.Heat the pan and add mustard seeds.
6.After it crackles, add chopped onion and dry red chilies.Fry for 2-3 min until onions turn brown.
7.Finally add the grinded paste to the pan and fry for 2-3 min.

This chutni can be consumed with chapati,dosa,roti and also for rice.
