Potato/Vegetable cutlet

Ingredients : 4 small size potatoes ,1 medium size finely chopped onion,1 chopped green chilli,1 tea spoon powdered cumin(jeera) seeds/powder ,salt to taste,1 tea spoon red chilli powder,1 small cup chopped coriander,1 tea spoon garam masala powder,groundnut oil to fry.

Avalakki

Ingredients(for 2 people) :
Two small glass full avalakki (beaten rice) ,1 chopped onion,1 chopped tomato,chopped coriander leaves(two spoons),2 chopped green chilli,turmeric power(one tea-spoon),curry leaves,mustard seeds, groundnut oil,salt,lemon and grated coconut(one small cup) being optional.                      
   

Aloo sabzi ( with chapati,poori,roti)---BMP style

Ingredients :3 medium size aloo,half medium size tomato,spices : small piece cinnemon(chakke),6-7 pepper,1 big dry red chilli,half spoon jeera and 3 tea spoon tamrind juice.                                                                                                                          

Preparation :
"Dry" roast the spices and make powder.Make tadka with oil,mustard and asafoetida .Add chopped half tomato and mix.Crush boiled aloo and add it to the mixture..Add a small cup of water or a little more according to your required consistency.Add the masala powder (full).Add salt and a little chilli powder and mix.Boil the mixture for 5 min .Garnish with coriander and serve .
