Palak TambuLi

For 3 Persons : Ingredients: 1.One big bunch Palak(Spinach) leaves chopped. 2.One small cup grated coconut. 3.Green chilies 3-4(According to taste) 4.Jeera(Cumin seeds)_one table spoon. 5.Salt to taste. 6.Oil , mustard seeds and 3-4 dry red chilies for seasoning. 7.Curd 4-5 spoons Preparation: 1.Boil the chopped Spinach leaves and allow it to dry after draining the boiled water. 2.Grind grated coconut,cumin and salt along with boiled palak . 3.Season with oil,mustard seeds and red chilies. 4.Add the season to the grinded mixture. 5.Add 5 spoons of curd and mix well. ...

Heerekai (Ridge Guard ) Chutney

For 3 people : Ingredients: 1.One Heerekai peeled and cut into large cubes. 2.Green chilies -4-5 or more depending on the taste. 3.One cup grated coconut. 4.Tamarind little. 5.Salt. 6.Finely chopped onion -1 7.Oil and mustard seeds for seasoning. Preparation: 1.Boil peeled and cut ridge guard pieces along with whole chilies. 2.Grind grated coconut,tamarind,salt and boiled Ridged guard along with chili into fine paste. 3.Heat the pan with 2 table spoons of oil and add mustard seeds and chopped onions. 4.After frying the onions to golden brown, add the seasoning to the grinded paste. DO NOT HEAT THE GRINDED MIXTURE.JUST ADD THE SEASONING PART TO IT. ...
