Ingredients : For 2-3 people :
1. About 6-8 Ladies finger medium /finely chopped
2. 2 cups thick curd.
3. Salt for taste.
4.Finely chopped coriander leaves.
5. Curry leaves,oil,mustard seeds,2-3 Dried red chillies,Udad dal,Chana dal for seasoning/tadka.
Preparation: Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds,red chillies,udad dal,chana dal ,curry leaves to make tadka.To this add chopped ladies finger and fry for 5-6 minutes.Add the entire content to curd and mix .Now add salt and coriander leaves.Mix well and serv...
